Arch Materials Services was born out of the adhesive testing markets need for high quality substrates / adherends.

We are pleased to announce that Arch Material Services is under new ownership effective June 1, 2026. Dave Podrug founded Arch Material Services after a long career in materials testing. As he moves into retirement, Metaspec has purchased the company to continue his legacy. Dave will continue to work with Metaspec during a transition period to ensure we continue his tradition of excellent customer service.

Metaspec is a specialty manufacturing company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Metaspec has been manufacturing standard test specimens and test panels since 1973 for aerospace & defense, adhesives, oil & gas and many other industries. Metaspec is ISO 9001:2015 certified.​
